Follow this step-by-step tutorial for a DIY speedy gel-like manicure without the need to cure under UV, and no trip to the salon needed!

1. As with anything, the best nails have the best foundations. Start with a base coat – our bestselling base coat, to be precise. We strongly recommend NailKale Superfood Base Coat because it’s packed with nail-strengthening properties and acts as a smooth canvas pre any colour. 2. Now for the fun part – time to pick your favourite polish. We know there are plenty to choose from, especially in our all new 45 Second Speedy Gloss shades. We’re using a couple of them in the video, but you can wear as little or as many as you fancy.
3. Once you’ve made that difficult decision, take Knightsbridge Nights Out and paint two coats on all of your nails – you won’t need to wait too long for it to dry. We know it would be easy to stop there (and you can if you want to), but here’s where things get a little more interesting.
4. The second colour comes into play now. Grab Mayfair Made Me Do It to paint the tips in a waving drip shape. Pro tip (you can’t get these anywhere else): take the lid off the polish and use it as a secure surface/table to paint your nails. You can thank us later.
5. We’re nearly there now – the polish is pretty much dry now, isn’t it? Finish off this easy, at-home nail art with your favourite top coat to keep your colour looking fresh.
